Asphalt Paving and Repair
Asphalt is one of the most familiar, universally used materials in our world. Asphalt roads bring us home, and asphalt driveways add to the beauty and value of our neighborhoods.
We're ready to create your new asphalt surface, overlay, or completely remove deteriorated pavement and replace it.
We also offer PATCH WORK repair where we:
-
Saw-cut the perimeters of the deteriorated asphalt
-
Excavate the patch area and remove sub-grade material
-
Re-compact to ensure a solid foundation
-
Apply a tack coat to all edges
-
Layer the new asphalt into the patch with heavy roller compaction
(Depending on condition of sub-grade and asphalt layers, resurfacing may sometimes be an alternative to removing
and replacement.)

Pavement Marking
Pavement markings are used to convey messages to roadway users. They indicate which part of the road to use, provide information about conditions ahead, and indicate where passing is allowed.
McIntosh personnel, with years of pavement marking experience, can skillfully design and stripe your parking lot. We are ready to design a new pattern, re-stripe to comply with your existing or forecast traffic flow, maximize parking spaces, and comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements.
Redesign your parking lot today with McIntosh's perfect pavement marking!
Seal Coating
Periodic asphalt maintenance such as sealcoating will extend the life of the asphalt up to 30 years. New asphalt surfaces that are sealcoated within their first year will experience less degradation from UV damage, water and traffic.
Seal Coating is your best method for extending the life of your pavement. It enhances the appearance by restoring the original jet black color and it’s easier to clean and maintain.
Seal coating on a preventative maintenance schedule can more than double the life of the pavement, making the investment very cost effective.
McIntosh Specialty Services applies quality sealant to ensure proper pavement maintenance and to keep your asphalt smooth and attractive.
